SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

 

 

WHO IS YOUR PRIMARY TARGET AUDIENCE?

Students that are interested and very proficient at their personal social media activities, but need a full rounded Knowledge Base to win a job search as the Social Media Community Manager for a For-Profit or Non-Profit organization.

 

WHAT DO THEY THINK OR FEEL THAT MIGHT IMPACT THEIR ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIORS?

They see Social Media in terms of their Personal Life –but do not know how to take this social media aptitude to a level that will Pay them for their Cultural Knowledge in an Organizational Structure

 

WHAT DO YOU WANT THEM TO FEEL TOWARD THIS PROGRAM?

Once the First group of students completes this program I want them to be passionate about becoming Social Influencers – Creating and Fueling a high level of demand for being in this Program- [They all get good jobs]

 

WHAT WOULD LIKE THEM TO DO, ACT, OR BEHAVE –DO THEY DO THIS NOW OR IS THIS NEW?

They become very Professional and Strategic in the conversations and actions around their efforts at using the ever changing Social Mediums. They have developed a more structured Process by which they Manage and Lead Organizations Social Medium efforts

 

DEFINE ONE MAIN THOUGHT FROM THE LAST 3 QUESTION

The Graduates of this Program have a high level of Self Confidence about their intuitive Social Medium Instincts- guided by a strong Strategic Process that increases the level of success of their efforts

 

WHY SHOULD THEY CARE?

The Program gives them the tools and confidence to get good Jobs and be successful at crafting positive outcomes for their employers

This Program should be the Best Social Media Practicum Program in the region

 

ANYTHING WE SHOULD AVOID?

This Program needs to be owned by the entire SCC/North community
